I don't know about you, but I'm so ready for fall fashion. I feel like it's so much more flexible, fun, and forgiving than summer in the South, which is all about wearing as little as possible so as not to melt. I'm excited for long sleeves and piling on layers. My must-haves: dark nails, manly button-ups, chunky sweaters, blanket-like scarves, and soft, skinny corduroys. Plus a cute suitcase to put it all in for weekend road trips.
Totally agree about wearing things so as not to melt! I am excited for fall fashion for the same reason. Love this fall outfit you have put together.

i was dying for a pair of red pants. yesterday as we were driving home from brunch i saw a $5 rack outside a vintage store and i hopped out of the car and found the perfect tomato red (like the sweater you featured) never worn pants. i am so excited! can't wait for fall.
