Granted, Groundhog's Day is kind of a stupid holiday, but I love it because it's all about hope. For flowers, warmer weather, longer days, and a generally improved quality of life.
Things that I really miss: open windows, bare legs, dresses, sunburn, farmers market dinners, bike rides, picnics, beach walking, and nights on the porch. And the incredible smell of Charleston in the springtime, a lovely salty/floral mix.
